Pizza Hut

I tried to order on line at 9:30 on Friday April 17th for a 12:00 delivery. They didn't open until 9:45. I still couldn't get the order to go thru. I called to ask if they got my order at around 10 00 AM. The employee at the store was very rude to me. He was mad because he had to answer the phone I guess. I finally contacted customer service and a very nice woman put the order in for me. She said my 3 large pizzas would be there around noon. Well at 12:15 I called the Store again. He was very disgruntled on the phone. He said he had not had a delivery driver in over 8 years. He wanted to know if I asked him if he had a driver... i thought if you ordered a pizza delivery they would bring it to you. I called him back around 12:30 to be told he was waiting on a door dash delivery person to pick up the pizzas. At 1:00 I recieved a call from Door dash that they could not find the address. It is a duplex in a senior living community. The pizza was over 1 hour late. I told tgem to just take it back to the store. My guests said they did not want to eat pizza made by such an angry employee. Thier employee was so very rude. They did keep my $42.00 however they will never get 1 dime from myself or the guests at my gathering.

I ordered a 5 meat pizza. When I picked my order up it looked like a bread and cheese pizza. I asked the staff if this was my pizza and they stated yes. I took the pizza because I already had paid, and do not believe in returning orders back to the kitchen to make a new one because I don't know what they will do having to make a new order.

I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service I received my order. The pizza was burnt. Tried to eat. It couldn’t fathom my cheesy bread was burnt on the top and still dough on the bottom. The manager told me that there was nothing that he can do about it that I needed to speak to the general manager, not even a remake of my order that was delivered. I still drove to The store because the manager insisted that the pizza could not be burnt even after returning with the items he still refused to do anything told me that I needed to speak to the general manager I will definitely be reaching out tomorrow because that is very distasteful to even have a manager by the name of Sahmir Tell you that you couldn’t refund your food or remake your food. What is this world coming to?

This was by far my WORST experience with Pizza Hut. When our pizzas arrived, it seems as if they were transported sideways so everything was on my side of the pizzas. Even the cinnabuns were shifted to one side. When I contacted this location about the issue, I was placed on hold. The only issue is they didn't mute the phone and I heard them talking in the background that I was probably lying and to tell me that they will have to pick it up to see what I say. That more than likely I will decline. So when he returned to the phone, I told him that I heard everything they were saying and why would I spend $70 on pizzas to call and complain. I have the pictures!! I'll NEVER spend another dime at this location!!

I will speak on today’s experience because usually I don’t have an issue. The last couple of times I ordered from here I had no complaints. But today I was very disappointed especially since I was craving Pizza Hut pizza. I normally order the Big New Yorker but today thats not what I got. This pizza was giving thin crust vibes. The pizza was crunchy, thin, dry (there was no pull to the cheese), and clearly over baked. Usually the 6 XL slices cut in half to make 12 slices suffices for my family, I’m good with one XL slice but today I was left disappointed and hungry.
