I wanted a replacement pizza for this issue and they did not want to fix this issue since it was the next day. I was thinking it was just the mozzarella from the stuffed crust, I wouldn’t have even realized it was uncooked dough if I hadn’t stopped eating it and looked at it. Uncooked pizza seems to be a repeated thing going on here so just be careful. They are also not the best when it comes to fixing issues. My response from them was that I needed to bring the entire pizza back and it would have had to been the same day. To my luck I only had 4 slices that were thrown in the garbage and I asked if they wanted that back. Eventually he just hung up on me. Never had a problem with this location until now. Welp, second picture for reference but maybe I’m crazy for wanting a replacement. Instead I’m blamed for potentially trying to get a second free pizza… yeah ok

My worst experience was today. I placed an order to pick it up myself, but when I arrived, the girls at the counter told me my order wasn't there, that it wasn't in the system. When the girls called the supervisor, she arrived being rude and with a racist look on her face. She spoke rudely to me and my daughter, and when my daughter showed her the order on her phone, she snatched the phone from my daughter's hand. We will never come back here. My order never appeared, and we were treated terribly. May God repay them for this.

Pizza is great but the delivery drivers are beyond awful. On parked almost completely in our front yard on the grass instead of the road and them when backing out almost hit my vehicle! Order pick up if you order from here.

I ordered two pizzas through Uber Eats that were supposed to have light sauce. Well done. The pizzas were swimming in sauce, barely cooked. I called to speak with the manager, Brian, or whatever his name was, and he said I need to go through Uber Eats. Anyone using Uber Eats knows they are selective about how and when they issue a refund. The store made the pizza and didn't follow the directions, and his response made me not even want to purchase anything additional from Papa Johns.
