Marco's Pizza

Ordered online and incorrectly tapped an ingredient for my pizza. Instead of helping to accommodate me i was forced to purchase a whole new pizza order and was met with snarky remarks. Aside from that when I get the new pizza it’s not even properly cut and is ripped into pieces as i try to pull the slices apart.

This location doesn't follow instructions nor take accountability. I specifically ordered my pizza to be well done and it wasn't what so ever. My sister picked the order up but the instructions wasn't followed per Marcos staff... I called in to let them know it was not WELL DONE and they said because it's Friday and they have other orders they cannot put the pizza through twice. I've never heard of anything like this in my life. Why is WELL DONE even an option the manager failed me and she did not even offer to remake the pizza or take the order back to resolve the issue. Do not patronize this place go elsewhere. Pizza look and taste disgusting

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Not bringing race into it for I am in Blackman myself, but the Brown manager who works especially on Mondays around five is rude is all hell argumentative and even curses at the customer. I had a discrepancy with the size of my pizza and even brought in a tape measure to prove my point and she still argued me down and tried to give me more slices instead of more pizza.

It’s 10:40 at night and I came to place an order. I understand you close at 11. I only wanted a personal pizza, but I was told you were already closing. So why is your service listed until 11? It’s not like I showed up at 10:59. You should adjust your hours or clearly state that you stop taking orders after a certain time, because it’s frustrating to drive all the way here only to be told you can’t place an order.

I would like to extend a shout out to Chase, who is new management at this location. He is improving the service and Customer service experience and I appreciate that! He went out his way to honor a request for convenience and deserves to be acknowledged!! Thank you for actually caring about the Customers and showing care and concern! You Rock!!
