Little Caesars Pizza

Food was timed for 930. Recieved email it was ready at 9:31.. when I sat down to eat pizza it is old. So they either places a ready to eat pizza in a box with my ticket on it or made the pizza prior to the time that I specified making it old when I recieved. Very poor customer service and becuase I checked out as guest I cant complain on the website. I wont be going back and will be sharing my experience with my friend. I want my money back for this nasty pizza.

My name is Dylan, and this is the best little Caesars I’ve ever been to! The customer service is always there when you need them/ even on tired nights. And all their food is really good, what ever you try I’m sure you’ll like. 😃

This is about my visit on Saturday. I had ordered one pepperoni pizza... It was horrible was so dry and no cheese hardly on it and a meat pizza for my husband. There were no toppings in the center of the pizza and looked like crap. I know it's Little Caesars and should not expect much but come on in spending my money with y'all. I have been here on other occasions and the manager (Heather) is always on her phone while making pizzas... This should not be allowed while making food!! I'm not spending a dime here anymore hunt brothers pizza is better

Had about 15-20 minute wait, there was only 2 people working . Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way , plus they forgot to put the garlic sauce . Overall unsatisfied and felt sick after eating a slice or 2. First and last time at this location. Rather get my money back and go to the Five Forks location where I never have problems.

The manager at this location, HEATHER, is beyond disrespectful!!! Not only to customers, but I have heard her be SO DISRESPECTFUL to her employees by the way she speaks to them!! I personally also overheard HEATHER talking to an employee about an infestation of roaches in this store!!! Mainly because of HEATHER, I will NEVER be back to this location EVER again and I seriously hope that someone ABOVE her sees this message and does something about it and her, as this is very upsetting and uncalled for and people like her most definitely do NOT need to be in a management position!!! She just needs to stay in the kitchen and not have to interact with others!!!!
