I’m so impressed with Triad Mechanical Company! From scheduling to completion, everything was seamless. The technicians were friendly, respectful, and detailed in his work. Our HVAC airflow is much better since the cleaning. Fantastic service and excellent value — five stars!

I have used Triad after a friend referred them to me. The tech, Royce, replaced my thermostat and I was so happy with their service that I inquired about HVAC duct/vent cleaning services. Again, the tech, Mark, was very thorough and showed before/after pics as he cleaned each duct. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied with the result. My home smells cleaner. This is now my company for A/C maintenance!

Fast, friendly service. Our unit went out over the weekend and Royce came by on a Sunday afternoon to check it out. He gave us several options for possible repair versus replacement, with a prompt quote on all options. Very satisfied with the service received and look forward to working with them! Update to add: we had our install today and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The installers were super friendly, efficient, and respectful. Top of the line service and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Rick was so great! He was on time, communicated ahead of time when he was arriving and very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt he evaluated the issue thoroughly. I highly recommend him and this company. Price was also very reasonable.

Tobias (?) was here today and one other time previously. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Always helpful and customer-oriented. Triad should recognize him for the great work he does!!
