After the thermostat went offline in my home, it stopped working. I reached out to TechAmazing Heating and Cooling, and within less than 24 hours, I had a tech here to help with the repair. Turns out there is a switch box, and the wiring got burned. The tech who completed the work, Robert Lee, was excellent. From the minute Robert arrived, he was very professional and personable. He was quick to identify the issue and fix it in what felt like less than 30 minutes. While he worked to complete the repair, you could barely tell anyone was in the attic because he was very quiet, which was great since I had to work. Said the awesome work and customer service that Robert gave, all the representatives I spoke with were great. You can tell just from the phone that they enjoy what they do and truly care about their customers. Alex was great at getting the work order started. I love the fact that they have a 24/7 call like me. I am very satisfied with the work from the first call through completion, and I would definitely recommend Techamazing, specifically Robert, for any HVAC issues. I love that there is an affordable maintenance plan. Thank you all so much for helping get the AC working again in the home. The before-and-after photos have been added.

Josh and Andre were awesome! They took their time and made sure the job was done right. Wow this new unit is so quiet! The time and care they took to explain everything was very appreciated. They weren’t the cheapest, but quality rarely is! If you compare Apples to Apples their price is competitive, add in their great service and I am one satisfied customer!
