Anyway I stop by looking to locate my vehicle which was picked up by State farm at an impound. I picked him at random. Anyway he was helpful. Although we never located the vehicle. And he did try for 20 minutes. However I'm still dissatisfied with State farm in itself in the way it's run. Like why can't stay for him run the VIN number for the vehicle and tell me where it is? I have called I have emailed I have went to the office of a state farm agent... Although it is a complicated situation it's still ridiculous.
