If you do not need anything, this is the perfect agent. If you do, better look somewhere else...he managed to lose 4 home insurance polices and 3 auto policies from someone with zero claim and perfect credit. All he had to do is respond to basic email requests and follow-up...congrats!

Horrible, trying to make a claim for storm damages on my roof, everytime it rains water comes in the house. When I talk to the claims department they keep make random excuses on why they won’t accept the claim. They are saying the damages are mechanical or thermal and when I ask to explain the difference they can’t give me answer. You pay all of this money for insurance and when you need them they are not there to help. I do not feel in good hands

rates have gone up about 20% over 1 year, including 7% in just 5 months. This team does not provide valuable customer service to manage rate and help keep meaningful policy management, and their explanation for rate increase is vague, they simply state that the rate are now "more accurate". go figure

The Allsate Insurance rates are good, but their responsiveness to their customers is not. Some of my attempts to contact my agent have been unsuccessful. If I ever have a claim, I'm not sure how responsive the company will be.

DO NOT go with this insurance agent. I have the same issue and complaint as Steven above. A month ago I did the leg work to get a new homeowners policy set up with them. My mortgage bank never heard anything from him and my policy was never put into place. I also filed a complaint with Allstate.
