Deluxe Services Heating & Cooling

This company Deluxe Services Inc Heating & Cooling is a terrible company! We used this company because they were recommended by our insurance company. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong from horrible communication, poor workmanship, company leadership/ownership (Derrick Frazier) are untrustworthy, the technicians are lazy and unreliable. They lack the expertise to be in heating and AC business. Do not do business with this company! This company needs to be put out of business ASAP! They are a bunch of frauds and liars. We paid them upwards to $50,000 to replace our commercial building units and we are still today without properly working heating/cooling units. The quality of work is beyond poor. We had another company to come to fix horrible work that Deluxe did and the new company technicians said that work that Deluxe Services did was the worst work that they had seen in 35 years of being in the heating and air conditioning business. The owners, employees, and subcontractors of Deluxe Services Heating & Cooling lack professionalism and integrity. This company lack the basic resources, tools, and experience that is necessary to complete jobs. The 10 or so times that they came on-site, each time they came with a different set of excuses and lies about why they were unable to complete the work. Frazier insisted that we needed to buy more parts and components to get the units working after he replaced the entire system supposedly according the insurance company specifications. After all, the newly install ac system still did not operate properly. Look elsewhere if you are looking for quality services, products, and outcomes.

I am using this company through my insurance and must say, this is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been without AC since July 3 and was introduced to this company from my insurance company. These aren’t professionals. I’ve found them to be extremely dishonest about timing, status updates, parts availability etc. I am floored by the level of service I have received. One broken promise after the other. 3 days ago a 4 ton unit was dropped off at my door with a “the technicians are right behind me” and all of that to say they never showed up! It stayed at my front door for 2 days. They did 2 days later only to not complete any work due to the complexity of my situation they need more money from my insurance!! Forget about calling, the voicemail is always full and on the other end is a man telling you want you want to hear and NOT the truth. If you are thinking of using this company, please consider yourself WARNED, DO NOT. Unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Trust me, save yourself the headache.

Mr. Frazier was wonderful! It was a great experience having him come out and install a new unit. Our summer days are way more enjoyable because of his hard work. All the employees from deluxe services were friendly. What a great experience! We may use them in the future!!

Mr. Frazier confirmed a appointment with me never showed up sent a family member who never troubleshoot my air-conditioning units just verbally stated my units were outdated and freon replacement will exceed $800 recommended replacement of unit $7400 dollars promised work will start next morning was a no-show I contacted another service provider he repaired my units for $350 Deluxe is only interested in replacement of your air-conditioning units not repairing them

Deluxe Services is affordable, knowledgeable and reliable. Both my A/C and furnace have gone out. Deluxe Services were timely and followed up with me during the entire process to replace the units. I recommend Frazier and his team for any services!
