I just had Prime Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC replace my aging HVAC unit with a new, Trane system. I could not be happier. Drew Allen and Jason were professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel very confident that my system is correctly installed and will give me years of trouble-free service. On a personal note: Drew is one of the most honest people you could ever hope to meet. That fact prompts me to be honest and tell you that I have known him for 30 or 40 years, from when he was a technician for my company's HVAC contractor. I'm not bragging on him because we have been friends for so long, I am saying it because it is true. EDIT: I just noticed another review that was talking about a fancy-dancey thermostat that automatically adjusts the temperature up or down on different days and such. Theses are fine if that is what you want, but I want to be able to select heat, cooling, or off, and the temperature. I asked for that and that's what I got.

They focus on repair, not ‘upgrading’ your equipment. Ricky has maintained my HVAC at home, and at a commercial property for many years. They will save you money, fix whatever problems your HVAC system has, and are enjoyable to be around. They recently set up my zone system, which controls Heat and AC air flow to upstairs and downstairs, utilizing 2 Nest thermostats, electronic dampers and electronic control board. Then checked every register to confirm heat and AC was reaching its target. A few years ago, Ricky fixed my variable speed blower rather than sell me a new blower, which saved me $1000+ and still performs today. Trust these guys for your heating and cooling system!
