Great team for all your HVAC needs. I have flipped multiple houses in Atlanta over the last few years and I always use Premier Comfort for new HVAC install. Top-notch warranty and they won't let you down. I highly recommend.

My husband and I are retired and on a fixed income, so we try to be careful with home repairs. When we discovered a leak from our attic air handler on May 26th, Premier Comfort Services responded quickly, which we appreciated. However, we were charged $421 for draining the overflow pan and “clearing the line,” even though the technicians did not appear to test the pump or verify the line with any tools or water. We later spoke with their senior technician, Justin, who reviewed the system and told us we would receive a $200 refund due to the initial misdiagnosis—regardless of whether we moved forward with additional work. We only received a quote for a full replacement (not the split unit quote we also requested), and ultimately could not afford the replacement. After several weeks with no refund, we called and were told something completely different—that the $200 would only be a credit toward future services. This contradicted what we were told in person. We may be older, but we are not forgetful. It’s disappointing to feel the story changed once we declined a major purchase. We hope to see more transparency and consistency from service providers, especially for retirees on fixed incomes.

Austin you’re a beast! Ty for battling a wasps nest and fixing our unit! A/c was down for 3 days in 95 degree weather with a newborn. He came and had it back up in like 10 minutes. An as a female who was home alone… he did not make me uncomfortable at all running from the attic to the outside unit. Very nice guy! TY TY TY!
