Hesitated a bit when my appointment was booked thru American Home Shield warranty after reading all those negative reviews. However, my experience went thru smoothly. Tech guy Dylan was very polite, came and did his job.

I have tried to get on the schedule for AC for almost a month. The last conversation we had with their text messaging system was regarding two dates that we were available and they failed to respond. We had to reach back out to ask about these dates just to be told they’re not servicing on one date and the other date they’ll give us a time frame when they can be in route. Our home has been without AC for almost a month. Majority of these companies work on weekends this company will not. They are not friendly or professional. We ALSO got them through AHS. We wish we had looked at their 3.8 rating first. We contacted AHS to have them contact this company regarding all of the unnecessary issues. We have never seen anything like this.

This company did work on two of my systems May and August of last year and today i had to have both systems worked on after they replaced the evaporator coil on one unit and a compressor on the other will not recommend them. They are good on trying to sell you a new unit.

We were without an AC for two weeks the previous company were awful, Piedmont was sent out as another vendor .... Go with Piedmont on the first try.

I submitted a ticket through American Home Shield for a quote for a new AC replacement/upgrade. This simple request was made on 11/19/2025 and it stated that I would be contacted within 1-2 business days. I received a call from this company around 12/8/2025 to schedule a consultation. I did refuse the consultation because if they can’t prioritize a new customer within 3 weeks to atleast give an introductory call then I can only imagine how it will be delayed when/if we were to do business with them. I understand that people are “short staffed” however a simple introductory call advising that they have the request and would call within a specified deadline could have changed the entire outcome and review being left. I’d did advise the person that I thought a roughly 3 week turnaround time for an introductory call was excessive and I do not wish to do business with them. My ticket was closed out and I’ll take my business elsewhere.
