I am amazed at how patient Elyse was in our conversation and her understanding of my needs for insurance. My other insurance company I thought was accommodating it seemed to have more fluff than personality. Every 6 months the price would go up with no real reason why. I’m not saying that won’t happen with State Farm but I feel with Elyse watching out for me I’ll get straight and honest answers and service.
