Georgia Air Contracts has been the HVAC contractor that my late wife and I used for decades. This included the HVAC system for a two-story detached home with zone control and a HEPA filter, and it now involves the heat pump system in our high-rise condominium, which involves interacting with the common facilities in the building. Their work has included seasonal maintenance and also system replacements or upgrades. Charles Tucker, the service technician that we see regularly, is outstanding. He knows what he is doing, doesn't try to upsell when it isn't needed, and will help design a fix if needed. The president, Kirk Thomas, and his son, Jonathan, are trustworthy, too.

Dillan replaced my entire system in one day. He made sure the heating and cooling system was functioning properly before he left, cleaned up all debris. The price was exceptional and he is a true professional.

Replaced two water heaters with recirculating systems. And had a repair to a unit not blowing heat. Changes filters while they were here. Great job, always nice to have in your home!
