Service was great and consistent. Duren has great communication. They showed up on time and did a great job. Today they cleaned my mini split and added coolant. It is now running better than ever! I highly recommend them and their bi-annual check ups!

Durden Mechanical was amazing and went beyond helping us when our hvac stopped working (20 yr old unit). They made us a priority with getting a new unit and made the process seamless. Zach was Fantastic! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC. He was at my home only about 30 minutes. System is working perfectly. He was able to come out the same day! Excellent Customer Service! I highly recommend this company!

Avery Wread was our tech. He was courteous, on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had us up and running within 15 minutes and only charged us the minimum service fee. We are very pleased with Duren Mechanical’s service.

Absolutely floored by the customer service from Duren and especially from our technician, Avery. He has helped us a few times now with some issues through property management and we have been thrilled with his work. He is always helpful in explaining the issue thoroughly and giving us realistic expectations of what he needs to fix and how long it will take. He is empathetic when it counts- we have an 11 month old baby girl, so when he told us it may be a couple days for a part, he showed tenderness when giving us that news that indicated he understood the gravity of it all.
