The business mgr was super helpful. She even stayed later to assist me with my company's issue. Thank you for the follow up call as well. And we did not even open a new account that day, she just provided me with info as to how and documents needed.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I have a seasoned Chase Business account that pumps over seven figures a year through it. I don’t frequent this bank much. I go to the Conyers location. They refused to put a third-party check in which is common practice for businesses in My area of expertise. Terrible customer service bad bankers there’s no Wait for a reason Please, if you have serious money in a bank account with Chase find a different location to go to. This is not the one.

i would love to give -10 star if i could, this branch is the closest Chase Bank near me, the manager is worst she does not know how their system work i double check with her before deposit check as i need fund to be available right away. otherwise i will wait to deposit with Teller, She INSISTS and confirm the machine and the Teller system going to be the same! but when i did deposit it show fund will be available in 3 days. i ask her if i can cancel it. she just said NO and i need to wait, So i prefer to driver further to Snellville for better service this branch has nothing different from ATM machine when they dont know their product and lack of knowledge and skill. So disappointed

I’ve been with Chase Bank for a long time. This location is new but I just have to say that I want a compliment on how they care for their customers I came in and I was greeted by Olivia who said hello welcome to Chase Bank and everybody else and they were so friendly and then When I did banking Kaleb Was also very friendly!!! Their entire staff was friendly!! Great job at this location. I’ve been banking with Chase since 2009 you guys rock keep up the good work thank you very much.!!

Sara is wonderful to work with. She is patient and answers all my questions. She even fit me in last minute to help me open an account. I've been very happy with her services.
