The car service and tech very professional and knowledgeable. Of course as a consumer I would have loved paying less.. Great service made it less painful.

After working with Arctic Circle Air in our last home and now in my current home I am extremely impressed with their service. So many times you work with a company and you hope there is consistency in the quality of their work and who they employ. Daniel my senior technician was very thorough in his assessment of the issue. I know this because I stood there the whole time. Might I add that being a mom who is vigilant about who comes to my home I feel the level of professionalism and knowledgeability. His associate Austin was also professional and helpful. When I called the office Taylor was helpful and continued to communicate with me even after I scheduled my appointment with the updates of where and when my technician would be here. If you are looking for a reliable heating cooling HVAC company that services the greater Atlanta area and are a preferred company for Gwinnett County HVAC, Dekalb County HVAC, Paulding County HVAC, Fulton County HVAC, Newton HVAC, Rockdale County HVAC. Daniel was very professional, quick, and efficient while fixing the furnace in my attic. He also answered any questions or concerns that I had.
