We have been with this Allstate Agency for around 40 years. They have always been great to work with and helpful in finding us the best rate. I recenty discovered they are also proactive in helping us save money. They called to tell us they noticed our rates were going up due to a change in miles driven initiated by us and wanted to make sure that there were no errors. I must have made an error and they corrected it so our rates are back down. I love that they reached out to us instead of letting it happen to see if we checked on it. We highly recommend them!

I've been with this agency for a couple of years and I've had enough. Their service level is terrible. They cannot get their paperwork correct even after multiple attempts. I'm still receiving past due notices instead of refunds for policies cancelled weeks ago. You absolutely cannot get Amy Reese on the phone if you have an issue. Rates mysteriously went up without explanation. I've been trying to cancel my policies with them for 7 weeks and they still don't have the dates right for the policy termination. I would not recommend this agency at all. I saved a lot more than 15% by moving to GEICO and the agents there knew what they were talking about, were responsive to my requests and showed a genuine interest in earning my business. Run from this agency. There are plenty of other competent Allstate agencies if that's the company you choose to insure with. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. Customer service should be job 1 with a service business like this one. It's the last thing on this agencies mind.

I recently switched to Allstate and had an excellent experience working with Reyna Gonzalez. She was highly knowledgeable and made the process incredibly easy. She took the time to make sure I got coverage that worked for me and gave me time to weigh my options. I can’t recommend her enough!
