Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I came through the drive-through last week, and I wanted to leave a review because the customer service I received was wonderful. I am handicapped, and one of my drinks spilled in my car while I was trying to get everything situated. The young lady working was so patient and kind with me instead of just handing me napkins she went as far as helping me clean up the spill. The cashier sani. She never made me feel embarrassed or rushed. It is rare these days to come across someone so caring and professional. I truly appreciated her kindness and wanted to make sure she gets recognized for going above and beyond.

This is the best Zaxby's!!!! Always clean, always friendly, and fast (well, as fast as you can be when making stuff fresh). Other locations could really learn from this one. Also, Zaxby's peach sweet tea is the best I've ever had.

Food is generally good. However, I wish they’d put the food on a tray when dining in. The way the one in Snellville does. Also, the majority of the time I order here they forget to give utensils for salads. And napkins… I always have to ask for napkins….

I go to this Zaxby’s at least once a week over the past 7 months. The service there is ALWAYS slow. No one is there that is nice and polite. They want to just take your order and let you sit there for 20 minutes until they have finished 5 orders to let 5 cars from drive thru leave all at once. The picture I am posting was my last straw. Two of my tenders were stuck together, so when tore apart - About half of each tender was not breaded. They do not care about how your food is prepared. They are just working solely for the paycheck and nothing else. Does anyone have any suggestions on a better Zaxby’s around the area?

With only 2 cars in the drive through line and no customers in the store they still messed up my order- combined it with another with another order I guess. Only half right. And the iced tea was old, tasted bad so had to throw out. And this was their dinner rush time. Most restaurants are at least on top of it at dinnertime. Won't be back. Also grilled chicken sandwich is always smashed flat lol. Smh. Last thing I'll mention, Chili's across the street had probably 40 cars in the parking lot. Nobody's coming to this Zaxby's anymore. Owner's losing money, lots of opportunity around here
