West End Pharmacy

I have been using West End Pharmacy for the past several years. The staff is great, especially Keshaun and Tori, but this new Girl that they have hired is Very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! When she first started, I just simply asked for Her name and she just hung on me. So I just started asking to speak to Tori or Keshaun. Most of the time I spoke to Tori. Tori is very nice, courteous and very professional. Keshaun is also very nice, Friendly, helpful and very professional. But, anyway, I just let the first time the new Girl hung up on me go and again I just started asking if Tori or Keshaun were busy. So the next time I asked to speak with Tori, She said to me "I should have just transferred you to Tori, when I realize who you were and hung up the phone on me again! I let that go too and I called back a little later and Tori answered the phone and answered my question Wich was"Tori I was just wondering if y'all got my prescriptions from my Doctor " she checked and said yes and I'm disabled, so I asked Tori if they were going to be able to deliver my medicine as they have for several years, because I'm unable to drive and have no one to pick it up for me(As the majority of my family have passed and the Family I have left live too far away. Again I love doing business with West End Pharmacy, But I'm not going to be treated unkindly and Rude by anyone; Especially someone that does a lot of business with West End Pharmacy and Helps Pay This Rude Girls Paycheck!!! It takes a lot to make me mad, but She has crossed the line!!!!!

Incredibly compassionate, very efficient. I recommend West End and am moving my personal and family prescriptions here immediately.

Friendly, down-home, professional staff. They treat you with kindness and compassion. They have called me by my name since day one as soon as I walk in and always have my medication. I love that I'm not treated like a number or in a heard of cattle to just hurry me on my way.

K, the pharmacist is very friendly, along with his help there. She is very sweet, helpful, and always has a smile on her face. Not only is K friendly, but also knowledgeable about the medications, which we discussed. I initially helped my husband move from a big consumer place to West End to have a true, caring, and personable experience. My husband couldn't be more satisfied with going to the pharmacy, since he moved to West End. I have also now started going to West End. The knowledge about medication and medical issues is apparent, and the personal touch that this independent pharmacy show are what I was looking for as well. I also like to support local businesses, and I believe I've found my new home pharmacy. K has had my medication ready on time, and the prices are fair as well.
