Wendy's

We visited tonight, knowing it was going to busy soon due to CFA closing at 10- to which everyone would be joining at Wendy’s. We arrived about 9:50pm and waited in line to get our order. After receiving our food, the workers seemed frazzled and frustrated. No receipt was given, We hurriedly left because we didn’t want to hold anyone else up. Got home and noticed one fry was missing so we came back and the line was extremely long which as predicted due to the other stores being closed. Pulled around to the front and there was someone who got out of their car and asked to get in front of us to retrieve something. We finally got our fries, no problem. Got back home again and noticed 1 drink was missing. This time I called twice, thinking maybe I could prepare them but no answer. Get there again, and the lady at the front register is mad and pulls my order. And instead of admitting I was right, she says she rang my free small ice water up as a drink, not sure how that’s possible because I asked for that after my entire order was completed and she had asked “anything else?” To which I replied a small ice water please. My combos already came with drinks. The lack of accountability, no apology, even after driving back TWICE, is absurd to me. Hopefully the usual woman taking orders, who was the previous manager at McDonald’s, comes back. We never have to worry about our order when she is there. And I also hope this is just a busy night and not indicative of the future customer service here.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. This is our local Wendy’s. If you go to the drive-thru, it does not matter what meal your order the staff will ask you to pull forward and turn off their timer, so it does not count against them and then 5 to 8 minutes later will bring out your food. It's so aggravating to order a simple spicy chicken and not get the basic ingredients included. I received hardly any lettuce which is wilted and no tomato! For $6.30, I'm upset and should've went to elsewhere!

I really like the new frosty lineup, thought I'm not sure how new it is. The brownie batter is my favorite because I like the gritty texture with the ice cream. But the caramel one was really good too, just be careful eating it with fillings.

Ordered chicken sandwich with pickles and mustard, didn’t come with either. Also ordered 4 count nuggets for my kid, they came spicy. He can’t have spicy.. just not thrilled about this order. Also cold food.. they usually do ok. No sure what happened..
