My husband and I see Dr Morris. He is a great Dr and he listens to you and let's you explain what is going on with your health. We are very pleased to have him as our Dr.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Sheryl Wiles for at least 5 years. She is the most consummate professional, while also making you feel welcome and listened to. She is the best of the best as a family physician. I have encountered rude and overworked people everywhere I go. The office staff has been acceptable. I know all businesses are short staffed, so it is not that they want to hire more staff. Thanks for everything, Dr. Wiles and staff.

I’m leaving this review because I happen to be looking up the number to my doctors office and noticed several negative review. I thought it be important that I say something about my experience. I’ve been seeing Dr. Wiles for 9.5 years. I’ve never had a doctor spend more time with me than her. Yes, they do sometimes run behind but it’s because the doctor spend so much time with each patient. I never feel rushed when I see you, which is very common. I’ve never had an office staff person say anything but nice. And even though I’ve moved pretty far away from the doctors office, I continue to go to this office.

In my opinion.. this is by far the worse practice In Monroe & possibly Georgia for that matter. The incompetence & miscommunication is so unprofessional..if you value your life or the lives of your loved ones, please look elsewhere. After what could have been a life threatening experience due to the lack of urgency on their part, we left & wound up in the emergency room. ER doctors were shocked when we told them what happened. It’s a long story & I’m not going into it. Along with MANY negative reviews I’ve already read from other patients since this experience, I have written several of my own. I have also filed complaints with Blue Cross, who they are contracted with & the medical board. I am quite certain nothing will become of this , but if you see them on the news one day being shut down.. you will remember this.

I will never go to anyone different. I primarily see Dr Wiles who I admire and respect. She has been the absolute best Dr you could ask for. I've also seen other Drs within the practice when needed and I have nothing bad to say about any of them. The nurses, receptionist, everyone treats you like family here. I cannot thank them enough for the care they give.
