Walmart Vision & Glasses

If I could give a zero I would . This is the worst dentist office from the front staff, dentist and billing department. I initially contacted the dental office to schedule an appointment for my husband. The officeprovided me to the treating dentist, who collected our insurance information last week. My husband had an appointment scheduled for today (Monday) at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, he was informed that he would need to provide his information again and wait until the billing department returned at approximately 1:45–2:00 PM. When the billing staff arrived, he was then told he could not be seen. I contacted our insurance provider, who confirmed that he was eligible for services and provided an authorization number. Despite relaying this information to the office staff, they still did not honor the appointment. The insurance company also offered to contact the office directly to verify eligibility. Overall, this experience was highly unprofessional and disorganized, and I would not recommend this office.

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The young lady who helped me was very patient, an informative. I told her that I was leaving town and needed my order expedited. She came through for me and was just an absolute delight to work with

Customer service was excellent. I brought my prescription in and an associate name Jackie helped my family and I out. Staffs were friendly. Would definitely come again.

I had a truly pleasant experience with Dr. Burnett! She was thorough, answered every question, and Felecia took care of me before and after. The facility was very clean and I’ve literally never had a better eye care experience. They took my insurance and everything was very smooth!

This was A+++ service!!! Mrs Jackie and her team are amazing!!!! I took my eyeglass prescription to them from another eye care provider I won’t name. And I received 2 pair of glasses for what I would have gotten 1 pair for at the other place. And it only took 4 days to get my glasses.
