Walmart Pharmacy

Love these people. Always willing to help. I've looked at the other reviews and I think people misunderstand most of the "problems" are the doctors. They are working the best they can with your doctor. It's not as simple/easy as some might think. And Deborah is my favorite. I love all the girls up here. The pharmacy always ready to greet you with a smile. I think some people are a little spoiled and think they're a little higher on the food chain than some of us. Get off your high horse and start walking like the rest of us. You can go to Walgreens and wait forever 😌

I started using this pharmacy recently, and so far, it's been a great experience. The lines are reasonable, and when I need to call and speak to an actual human being, it never seems to be a problem (looking at you, CVS). They've been very helpful in transferring my mom's prescriptions from anther state. Employee demeanor in person ranges from ok to superfriendly. That's probably better than my range, so I'm happy.

I was shocked when I went to write a review and saw all the negative reviews. This place is amazing!!!!! To start, this place is spotless and very inviting. The staff are so friendly. From the moment of check in I was greeted. They have a box of mask and hand sanitizer. They have a television that shows all the different list of services they provide. It is amazing how affordable dental and even counseling is. Whoever designed the building did an amazing job. There's so much little details that make this place great. For example there different sizes from a cabinet with small medium and large holes for the gloves. Even the lighting is perfect. They have soothing colors and fun facts about health in different rooms. State of the art equipment like the chair you sit in weighs you. Everyone that I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and caring. I even had to have blood drawn and it was simple and easy. They want you out and open the door for you and tell you thank you for letting them take care of you today. I actually did not feel like a number but a person. The girl that Drew my blood even told me the reason they began. It's an amazing Story the owner of Walmart had cancer and was tired of spending money to the health care. He wanted a place people could go and not spend. What a great find!

I don't really know why there are so many negative reviews for this Pharmacy. I go there regularly and they are ALWAYS really friendly and nice to me and I am nobody special. I always try to treat people with respect and usually they will treat you as well or better. Maybe some of the folks posting these reviews need to work in customer service for a day or two and then they would realize it is not as easy as you might think.

My mom came here because of a change in her insurance. It has been difficult because she has had Kaiser for the past 40+ years. It has been difficult to navigate through the different pharmacies. I called here and they went above and beyond assisting us! I was skeptical at first but everyone I have had contact with has been very accomodating.
