I had an excellent experience with the pharmacist Getty. I also have to brag on LaSandra and Mablin as well. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciated their patience in answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Their friendly and caring attitude made the entire process smooth and reassuring. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pharmaceutical care. Getty is the best pharmacist I have ever had. If I could give them 10 stars I would 😊

My experience with the pharmacy has all to do with Indya. She is remarkable! She goes out of her way to make sure that you are helped in every way with whatever need you have when you visit the pharmacy. She is a wonderful asset to Walgreens and is a pleasure to be helped by her.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I received at one of your Walgreens locations. According to your signage and online information, photo services are offered until 11:00 PM. However, when I arrived at the store at 10:00 PM, I was denied service in a very rude and unprofessional manner. A staff member named Char told me, in a disrespectful tone, that she would not take any photos at that hour. She said that even though the store closes at 11:00 PM, she would not take out the camera after 10:00 PM and that I should come back the next day if I wanted the service. Her attitude was completely uncalled for, and she spoke to me in a loud and dismissive tone. If the photo service is truly not available until 11:00 PM as advertised, then your store should not advertise it that way. And under no circumstances should any customer be treated the way I was treated by Char. I left the store feeling disrespected and extremely dissatisfied. I hope you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future. I expect a response and clarification regarding your policies, and whether you consider it acceptable for your employees to treat customers in this manner.

Pharmacy - the workers seem miserable. I can’t be the only person that notices this EVERY time I come in. No smile, no one greets you…barely acknowledged. Yet again the meds are not ready. ALWAYS with the excuses. Why did I receive a notification, drive up here and now I have to sit and wait. It’s Sunday. There’s no one here!! How long to fill a medicine that we have been getting monthly for years!!! Maybe CVS across the street needs our business. FACTS: Very unorganized, slow and unhappy workers here

Edit: I was greeted and helped at the register by Robert, he seems so genuinely nice and just his energy made me have a good experience. It didn't feel fake or customer service-y (I am very guilty of doing that at work) so just the short interaction I had with him was very great. OG: The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful. Had my passport photo taken here a few months back and they were also really nice even though she was very busy and customers were being really rude to her she smiled and kept on. I have not had a bad experience here, and every employee I've interacted with has been really pleasant and nice.
