Absolutely love this place. My son has been going here about a year and has made consistent gains. Robbie and his team do an amazing job of training kids spiritually and physically. Cannot recommend them enough!!

This place is amazing. There is a 30 min bible study before strength training for teens. One of the best programs in the area for youth to be taught self confidence while learning about our Lord.
