Sonic Drive-In

This place is a dump. The food was nasty and the people there will lie to your face and then tell you "you're crazy". I ordered a corn dog with mozzarella cheese sticks. The corn dog is burnt and cold and the cheese sticks are cold. And apparently you have to pay for condiments now even mustard and ketchup!! Wow!!! This should be the Sonic that gets closed better yet close them all they all suck. Check out the picture of my corn dog and the onion rings that I didn't even order. Medium order mozzarella sticks which supposed to have six I only got four and what look like was two onion rings. I definitely feel like I got ripped off I am done with this place I will never go back

Very bad service. The customer service is terrible. The employees just play around and don’t pay attention to customers. People come in and end up leaving because the service is so bad. All they do is play games with people. The service at this restaurant is extremely bad — very, very bad. They should close the restaurant if the employees are going to treat customers so poorly. Mal restaurant

I ordered a big order. when my food came out I said that was fast the lady said that because the cook is mad. I got home and the chilli on the coney was nasty and could not eat the other food looked like it's been sitting and not fresh.

I ordered 2 small blizzards. They were creamy and tasted wonderful. My issue: I ordered at window and was given a price. When I pulled around and waited a few minutes, an employee opened window and asked what I had ordered. She found the order and took my card, but charged me for a different amount. I saw it before she told me, as I pulled up the banking info on my phone while waiting. Another employee came over and explained he would void that charge and asked if it was okay to rerun the card for the correct order. I said yes. He did and my refunded amount hit and the correct amount was taken. The female employee, after a few minutes, opened the window to hand me back my card and items. Never said anything. I guess she was upset. She needs to learn how to accept a lesson in making a mistake. That was on her, not me. I’m writing this review in case they had done something to my food and I get sick or die-so my loved ones can sue.

Went to stall They forgot my Burger and my sister’s burrito look like it came out of someone’s Rear end! My brothers burger was burnt and blacker than anything I’ve seen it looked like they dipped it into the grease tray on the griddle!
