The orthodontist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, which I really appreciated. The office is clean, modern, and runs efficiently—appointments were always on time. I’m so happy with my results and would highly recommend Smiles Forever to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care in the Dacula area!

For the past close to 20 months my son has been in braces. Through the whole of the process the staff have been helpful, informative, and absolutely wondeful. Scheduling appointments is always easy, even when it's for a bracket issue or other anomaly.

I scheduled an appt because my son was referred for braces , we scheduled in July visit went well they gave us a price break down all went well, we had some things come up and didn’t schedule right away, the office called me over 5-6 times to schedule , finally scheduled for the office to tell me that we are only here for x rays not for braces, so we are taking x rays again when we just did them but cannot put the braces on either ? The front desk lady then stated as if we were inconveniencing her, well we can double book at 10am but we need payment now, ?? Payment was never the issue but being rude after your office didn’t provide the correct information , When you called me 5-6 times to schedule to inconvenience me when I’m paying out of pocket, absolutely not I will take my business elsewhere and where my time is just as valuable and I’m not dealing with a rude office !

This office goes above and beyond to provide a personal touch. The appointment was on time. Everybody was very friendly. Felt like a family in there. Can't recommend enough.
