Dr. Burnett, I had a wonderful experience with this eye doctor. She takes her time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you understand your eye health. Her diligence and attention to detail are impressive — she doesn’t rush and performs a very thorough checkup. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants the best for their vision. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, kind, and knowledgeable eye specialist.
I would not recommend using this company. I booked an appointment online. I received confirmation the day I booked the appointment via email. On the day of the appointment I received both a text and email confirming the appointment time and address. I left work early for the appointment and upon arrival they said no doctor was in that location today. They later said it was a scheduling system error. Gave no discount nor or did they offer an appointment where I don’t have to leave work early again. Basically, they didn’t care. Use at your own risk.
The entire experience was great from start to end. Natalia was very knowledgeable and professional. The experience with Dr. Alisa Burnett was exceptional. She was very thorough and addressed all our questions with patience. I would recommend Select Eyecare all day everyday.
I've had my eye exam with the same doctor 2 years ago, so I didn't hesitate to make an appointment online. I noticed that you could only choose glasses or contacts instead of choosing both. I chose contacts and asked in the comment section how much was both exams. I have to self pay, so I needed to make sure I had enough in my budget. I didn't receive a response. The doctor was good and we talked like we usually do. When we started the contact fitting part of the exam, the doctor advised that they didn't have my normal Aqua Day and Night lenses in stock, but she could fit me with and write a prescription for another brand (Ultra). She said she would write out a new prescription for my old brand, if they didn't work. I agreed. At the end of the exam, I found out that each exam cost $100 each. I was upset that I wasn't told that in advance since I actally asked when I scheduled. I went ahead and paid anyway. Three days after the exam, the contacts wouldn't stay in my eyes. They didn't retain enough moisture. I called and spoke to someone and told them I'd like my prescription changed and another pair of contacts in my correct brand. They sent me a new prescription, but didn't address the replacement contacts. I called them back today only to be told that the contacts are not part of the fitting and they would not give me a replacement pair. I asked them how is that my fault if they didn't have my kind to begin with. If I would have known they wouldn't replace them with my usual brand, I wouldn't have agreed to it and just would have waited until they ordered them. That's a whole month supply of contacts that I don't have now. They didn't care one bit about that. You can rest assured I will NOT be back next year for an eye exam.
Just left from an appointment for my dad and they took great care of us. Natalia was the tech there at loganville location and she was a breath of fresh air, so kind and really takes good care of her patients. The Dr we saw, I can't remember her name, but she was very nice and professional as well.
