Sage Dental of Loganville

Overall awful experience. Called to me an appointment. Got childcare so I wouldn't have to bring the kids. They should have told me up front it would be 2 appointments. Apparently they diagnose on day 1 and then have you come back the next day for treatment. Ridiculous. So I couldn't get childcare for day 2. And I brought them with me. They left me waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes. Finally called me back, only to be irritated that I had kids with me (they had 40 minutes to say something). Left me sitting in the dental chair for another 20 minutes. The actual hygienist was great. Upon time to pay, the receptionist tried to charge me $10 more dollars than I was told it would be. I disputed it and she went down the cost. 1 month later, I get a bill saying I owe $25. Um no I don't. So I called. I was told to disregard the bill. 1 month later to this week, I get another bill for a past due balance. I called Monday at 10, sat on hold for 12 minutes, and was told she would look into it and call me back in 1 hours. It has now been 52 hours and still no word. I absolutely will never go back.

The staff at all Sage locations are always amazing but the staff I met today at the Loganville location were so sweet and personable! My cleaning was quick but detailed. Kim was my dental hygienist and she was so gentle! One of the most comfortable cleanings I’ve had.

My initial experience at Sage Dental was genuinely reassuring. The staff demonstrated genuine professionalism and kindness. From the moment I entered, the receptionists made me feel welcomed and cared for. Yaasmiya greeted me with warmth and attentiveness, making sure I felt comfortable. Javonie was exceptional, gently taking my X-rays with care. Dr. Pilikwon was thoughtful, explaining my treatment options thoroughly. I truly appreciate the entire team for their compassion and support.

My daughter( the patient) and I had a very disappointing experience at Sage Dental in Loganville. The staff was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The front desk receptionist seemed completely disorganized and kept calling us up repeatedly for no clear reason. What really crossed the line, though, was the x-ray tech making a comment about how I “probably can’t afford” a procedure I might need. That was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. If I couldn’t afford dental care, I wouldn’t have been there in the first place. It felt judgmental and uncalled for. Patients deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, not assumptions based on appearance or personal bias. Very disappointing experience overall.

Kim was fantastic during my deep cleaning. She was very thorough, attentive, and made sure everything was done the right way. She also took the time to be helpful and ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend her!
