Ruby Tuesday

The beginning of the meal predicted how my meal would end. My Spinach Artichoke Dip arrived at the table lukewarm with unmelted cheese on top and a serving of stale mystery-seasoned chips. I asked for hot dip and fresh chips without the seasoning. Next, our entrees weren't any better. I gave back the rough, oddly textured half-rack of ribs and softly cooked fries brought to me for consumption. The Nashville Hot sauce was thinly splattered in one area on my ribs leaving the rest as a rubbery tasting mess. The other side had a warm oily mixture of meat juice and something watery without any sauce. Due to the overall texture, you could tell it was microwaved for much too long. My husband's New Orleans Seafood dish didn't look like anything on the menu. The so-called blackened tilapia looked like a block of cod seasoned with a reddish seasoning salt; it wasn't blackened at all. The rice pilaf was white rice with a hint of some sort of mystery seasoning. According to the manager, this rice debacle is their "pilaf". This was our first time visiting this particular Ruby Tuesday's in over 2 years. After this experience, we won't be eating there again.

We were greeted when we came in. Miss Ashley was the bartender and we sat in one of her booths in her area. She was amazing. Customer service was amazing. She was attentive. Didn't bother us too much. Recommended few things actually stood there and engaged with us but she had a couple other tables and more tables were coming in but she still provided really good customer service and we are always thankful for that. Food was delicious. Got the pasta, shrimp, pasta and shrimp and lobster went back again a few days later for those items. Food kind of took a little longer than we expected but again it was. It was delicious.

I'm sick of this place at this point! They are ALWAYS slow and always with an empty restaurant. My food was cold, disgusting! Fish was extremely greasy and over fried. The pasta was dry with uncooked broccoli RAW! I had about a 3rd of a chicken breast cut up on an $18 dish! The tots were cold and sad! Paid for loaded tots that had a little cheese and a FEW crumbs of bacon. Even when I pick up delivery orders they take all day! I also did not get the bread that came with my pasta. The WORST restaurant in the area. You have been warned. I ONLY went here bc I had a coupon but now I regret it bad!

WHAT A RIPOFF!!! On the positive side, the server was very nice and attentive. On the VERY NEGATIVE side the food did not match the menu. The first photo below shows the dinner I ordered, the second photo shows what I received. The ribeye was barely 1/2 inch thick and not of good quality. On top of that they charged nearly $20 for a double Jameson and water, charging as if was two separate drinks. Talked to the Manager and he agreed the steak was very thin but that’s all, just agreed on the poor quality. He also had no apologies for the overpriced cocktails. Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you steer clear of this restaurant!!!!!

Restaurant was clean. Mediocre atmosphere. I ordered the smaller ribeye and loaded mash potatoes. I don't know what type of steak that was. But it didn't taste or look like a ribeye. Was chewy and not good. Mash potatoes taste like powder. My tea was in a old plastic cup that was so beat up it looked broken with hundreds of dry watermarks on it. Only thing that was good was the salad and the waitress. She was on top of things. Manager refunded me the steak meal. I'll try again maybe another time.
