Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup of Loganville

I called Roto-Rooter and I prayed to God to send me a technian who could find the problem and fix it. God answered and I met Hannibal. He was very professional, answered my questions and fixed both of my toilets. I love when you have a person who is very knowledgeable and gave me tips. A job well done Hannibal. I am a very satisfied customer. The price was great as well. I am sure that they have other great tech, but my request will only be Hannibal. I don't trust people easily. He proved to me he knew what to do and that's a great feeling.

Waking up to a dribble of water coming out of your faucet is not on anyone's bucket list. Sadly, that was what happened to me this morning. So, I called Roto Router. The first guy I spoke with was kind and helpful. Another guy called back to get more details. He was also kind, helpful, reassuring, and good spirited. The actual plumber, Hannibal arrived about 1.5 hours later. He was extremely professional, clearly quite knowledgeable, and also kind. He assessed my issue, explained what it would take to fix it, and provided me with a clear cost estimate for the work. Once I agreed to have him perform the work, he got to work. He kept me informed of his progress along the way. He fixed the problem and I now have water again!! Hannibal was AWESOME!! I highly recommend him!

I had a leaking pipe within the wall and Davon with Roto-Rooter came through with flying colors without having to tear my entire wall apart to find the leak. He diagnosed the problems quickly, came up with the solution, and kept me informed of everything that he was going to do. Had me fixed and ready to go in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff. I appreciate the good work you did Davon and will definitely use again.

Incredible service! I called to schedule an appointment for a plumbing problem I'd been dealing with for weeks, and they had it completely diagnosed and fixed within a few hours. We had a very serious leak after some delivery men broke our washer hot water line connection while installing our new washer. Of course, this would happen after hours so we called around, ROTO-ROOTER was the only company to answer our call. They were able to send a technician out and even with it being after hours, he made it in a decent amount of time. The technician was very knowledgeable and went straight to work. He resolved our issue and actually repaired it better than new. Thank you ROTO-ROOTER and service technician (Thang HMO).
