our technician Chris Bradford was such an amazing person, I made sure that he was ok with my dog being out and she loved him. He Did such a very thorough job in checking over our system and explaining the condition it is in. He also made us aware that The model of our system comes with a five-year warranty, and if the model number was registered, it will also have an extra five year warranty on parts if anything was to breakdown. he was very detailed with the photos that he took during the process, and we are extremely satisfied and will always use Ragsdale Heating and air!

I had a great experience with dean who came to service my system. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service the unit. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the condition of my system and any recommendations for maintenance. The work was completed efficiently, and he left the area clean when he was finished. I appreciate his knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Got a quote for HVAC replacement. Kohlby Brown done an exceptional job and wasn’t pushing a sale. He inspected my current system and found several issues and explained them thoroughly. I decided to replace unit with a Carrier performance series. They will install system on 6/12/2026. I will update review afterwards but so far outstanding customer service. Communication is top notch they informed me with arrival time and he was on time. He made sure to take precautionary measures to ensure my home didn’t get damaged or dirty
