Publix Super Market at Loganville Town Centre

Placed a deli order at ~8 20pm. Pick up scheduled for 9 00pm. Got there at 9 05pm. Haven't even started my sub yet. Nice. And out of brisket. Even better. Canceled the order instead. Either staff/plan better, or close the deli earlier. Don't let me place an order that you won't be able to fill.

The reason I am submitting this review is, one of the employees started screaming and snapped at me recently, and I am overwhelmed and I can't keep taking the abuse anymore. I have been sold spoiled, rotten, and stale food from this store location. I also witnessed a dog in the store recently, I could have gotten bitten. When I started complaining and requesting refunds; that's when I started getting traumatized and harassed. I am a consumer, and I have a right not to be harassed while shopping. This store management needs to be held accountable.

Arrived at 8:03PM, the rude young lady in seafood, told me that she couldn’t get me any crab. I didn’t ask for it steamed or anything special. ButJazzy thought best to be ugly and not even. Ask what I wanted! Told me seafood closes at 8PM! Cool beans

I had a great experience at Publix! The store was clean and well-organized, but what really made my visit stand out was Miss Char in the floral department. She was absolutely amazing—so attentive, kind, and on top of everything the entire time I was there. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers the way she does. She truly made my visit special, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Publix isn't making their fresh salad anymore. I've gone there three different days and they no longer make the small salad. They make the medium and it is now premade. The olive were prepackaged and not near fresh. The in creased the price for lesser quality product. I purchased Kroger. It sucks because that just proves they only care about money not quality. I've been buying less and less from Publix and this is why.
