Publix Pharmacy at Loganville Town Centre

Store Management, Policy Noncompliance, and Customer Dismissal I am documenting ongoing concerns regarding management and operational standards at this Publix location. Despite Publix’s stated commitment to customer service, my repeated attempts to raise legitimate issues have been met with indifference, dismissal, and a complete lack of follow-up. Over several decades as a Publix customer, I have rarely felt compelled to file complaints. However, on the few occasions I have raised concerns—both directly in store and through customer service channels—I was ultimately ignored. I made multiple good-faith attempts to speak with store management, including the store manager, yet no corrective action, accountability, or meaningful response occurred. This location exhibits a clear pattern of poor leadership. Several associates across departments behave unprofessionally, and management has failed to enforce Publix policies or basic service standards. I explicitly requested assistance and escalation, but my concerns were not taken seriously, even when raised in person. Alarmingly, policy noncompliance appears to include store management itself. Publix positions itself as a company where “shopping is a pleasure.” That standard is not being upheld at this location. Continued disregard for customers and internal policies erodes trust and damages the Publix brand. If these issues are not addressed promptly and decisively, I will no longer support this location and will actively discourage others from shopping here. I am also prepared to share my experience publicly and through consumer advocacy channels, as well as redirect my business to competitors that demonstrate accountability and respect for their customers. I expect this matter to be reviewed by regional or corporate leadership and to receive a substantive response outlining corrective action.

Did not appreciate wasting my time having to CHASE down a prescription. Don't carry in Loganville they called and said, "Grayson Publix is filling it for me to go ahead and head over that way. When I got there the pharmacist WAS AT LUNCH AND WOULD NOT BE BACK FOR AN HOUR. She did not bother to fill it before she went to lunch!!!!!!!!! Now two hours later, it is ready in Grayson. I am not going back, let someone at Loganville go pick it up or order it in. No more chasing, I'M DONE. Still have not received my prescription. Is there any reason One publix and not get it from another so that a client/customer might get their prescription IN A TIMELY MANNER. FOUR DAYS STILL I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TAKE MY MEDICATION

I’ve been trying to get my prescription filled for nearly two weeks. I went to pick it up 5 days after my doctor submitted it and was told it couldn’t be filled until the next day but that it would be ready the next morning. I said if there is a problem with insurance covering it to just charge me. Three days later still not filled and the associate then said insurance won’t cover for another 4 days. I told her I’d already talked to them nearly a week before and that it was supposed to be ready 5 days prior. She seemed a little annoyed and said it would be ready in a few hours. Here it is the next night and still not ready. I’m normally really patient and understanding but after nearly two weeks, 2 phone calls and an in person trip trying to get one simple much needed blood pressure prescription filled I’m not.

I am a chronic pain patient, I get my medicine filled here for the past two months. I called 1 month ago and spoke to the pharmacist, Mr. Calvin. He told me that my medicine was not here and it won’t be in for another week. I’ll call the following week and my medicine was not there again so I had to get it transferred to the other Publix and Lithonia Georgia. I called back today to see if they had my new prescription and once again spoke I spoke to the pharmacist, Mr. Calvin, he told me he will not fill my medicine and I need to find another pharmacist. I am due for refills tomorrow I asked him did he care the fact that I am a chronic patient and need my medication. He told me NO. Please do not go this pharmacy. The staff is very nasty and the pharmacist is very rude and nasty to patients. I hope he lose his license for being so nasty to a chronic patient. I will go over his head for not filling my medication. By the grace of God I found another pharmacy who will fill my medicine by tomorrow. Calvin you are not stopping me from getting my medicine.

What a day today! I misplaced my prescriptions and I tried calling my provider to get my meds called into the pharmacy again- but no resolution. We even went searching in a dumpster🤦🏾‍♀️ 😒 But what can I say- I need to breathe! After the dumpster search turned up nothing but dirty hands- I called the pharmacy 20 minutes to closing (in utter desperation) and she still offered to call my provider and was able to replace my much needed meds! Thank God they are still good people/employees in the world! Thank you Publix Pharmacy Loganville!
