My heart goes out to our deli team at Grayson. Light and love my friends.
I've had three issues here filling medications. The first two times I only received half of my monthly supply. I called and let the pharmacist know and he told me that he was sorry and that it was their fault. Both times I drove back up to the pharmacy to receive the other half of my medication that they somehow miscounted. Now today I noticed I only received half of my medication I call and let them know and they said it's not their fault and there is nothing they can do. I have been filling here for 4 years with no issue. Someone is stealing from the pharmacy, all these years and no problems and now these 3 problems within the year. Horrible
I have had decent experiences with this Publix Pharmacy; I left the Snellville Publix Pharmacy because of the negative attitudes of the staff. I absolutely LOVE MARCUS! He is sooo friendly and helpful; he's willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and is incredibly patient. Just in general a great human! Wesley is also pretty helpful whenever I call in about medication refill questions or issues with prescription fills! I can't say I am a big fan of the middle aged lady that works there; she isn't very personable and seems unhappy to be there every time I come in. She seems to have a very passive aggressive personality; just doesn't work well in a customer service position in my opinion. There is another younger, Asian lady, that should probably find a profession that doesn't involve working with people too. When it comes to getting my medications, I've had no issues. When there were delays on medication arrivals, they called me to tell me when they were expected OR told me what replacement meds they had in stock that my provider could change the prescription too. I never have to wait long for refills or med pick ups. The Publix Pharmacy APP is super user friendly too. Will stick with this pharmacy!
The staff here really do care. We had no coverage for the medication our son needed for a bad ear infection, the original cost was well over $100.00 we tried our discount cards to no avail, but the young man checking us out made sure to take the time to help us find coupons and discounts to cut the cost nearly in half without us even asking. They already offer free antibiotics but going the extra mile for people really does matter especially when the drug companies do not care about the people needing these medicines. Its good to know there is someone always in your corner
The blond girl at the pharmacy was rude and provided the incorrect information about my Solosec customer card. What should have been a two minute pick up turned into a 30 minute+ ordeal. She was also unapologetic and wouldn't even make eye contact when I returned. Wesley on the other hand was helpful. I asked him to please teach the young lady the process so she will not inconvenience anyone else with her misinformation. I will use the Loganville pharmacy going further.
