I appreciated how quickly they were able to get me an appointment. They asled the right questions to get ne the type of visit I needed. The staff was accommodating, courteous and professional. The location is convenient with ample parking. The provider was understanding and helpful. I did not feel rushed and my physical exam was thorough.

Great first appointment. The front staff was very nice and Shearon was awesome. She listened, answered all of my questions and made me feel good about choosing them as my primary provider. I was also glad to see that all of my other doctors would be in the same office so that saves me time and convenience. Would recommend.

Posting again because they removed my initial review from about a year ago. It's easy to get an appointment here and the service is decent. However, like my original post said, watch your billing closely as well as what is said to you. Came in for an annual and my blood pressure was slightly elevated. When the nurse practitioner came in she looked at my chart and saw that my BP was elevated. During the annual she asked if I had blood pressure issues, I said sometimes. She said take some garlic and beet supplements. When I received my bill I was only expecting to pay around $35-$40, which is normal. Instead my bill was $150. When I called and asked why, the receptionist told me that I was billed as a new patient because the nurse practitioner discussed my blood pressure issues. I told her the 2 things that the nurse practitioner said, and she said well that's what she put down. So I was basically billed $100+ for being told to take supplements while I was getting my annual physical which is covered by my insurance. Never went back.

I don't typically write reviews for doctor's offices, but my recent visit left me with no choice. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member was friendly, competent, and professional the kind of experience that's rare to find in healthcare today. What really stood out was my doctor, Dr. Sherrod. He didn't rush through the appointment. He took the time to walk me through everything. My medications, the plan of action, what to expect going forward. In one visit, he gave me more attention and clarity than my previous doctor did in ten combined. If you've been thinking about making a switch, stop thinking and just do it.

Dr. Sherrod is one of THE best doctors I have had in over 20 years. He take time to listen, his nurse takes the time to return your call by the end of each day that you call and most of all he gives his BEST medical support. All of the ladies office staff from checking in, checking, checking out, drawing blood and office management have the most professional attitudes you could ever ask for. I have used Ms. Stallings, when I could not see Dr. Sherrod and I love her just as much as Dr. Sherrod. She is so beautiful and very well educated as well. I thank God for finding Dr. Sherrod and being a part of his medical family. Bless you all for everything you do for me.
