Had a $40. Order delivered through the Popeyes app. The bag was sealed when it arrived. It was missing our mash potatoes, a biscuit and a drink and no cocktail sauce for the shrimp. The dasher was not responsible it was Popeyes that screwed up. So I called all I know is the manager had no concern at all. She ask me if I was close enough to come get it.That is why I paid the service fee and delivery fees plus a 20%tip. (Which was about $11. of the total) She told me I could pick it up at a later time. I asked her when. She said no later than tomorrow. I hung up. Never Never Never again will I order from here again! I should have known because I have been there when they were out of chicken! Management is the worst! Read all the reviews! They need to shut them down.

would never eat here again. These pictures are from previous workers, and they show the kind of environment customers are dealing with. There is never any urgency even though this is supposed to be fast food. Many workers don’t seem to have basic customer service skills. I have also received the wrong amount of change multiple times when coming here. Management is very unhelpful and does not seem to address these issues. I’ve also seen workers touch their face, hair, and nose without washing their hands afterward, which is very concerning when they are handling food. I will never eat here again

Today I found out why I do not eat here more often!! Customer Service was pitiful! The food looked like it had been cooked 3 times! $17.51 for one person to eat 3 burnt overcooked chicken legs the size of my thumb. Ridiculous!! The person at the window asked me twice what I ordered, and by the time I left the speaker placing my order at 15.66, it was 17.51 when I got to the window because the girl said oh we didn’t charge you for the coleslaw. SMH!

A Disgusting, Unacceptable Experience! What Happened to Popeyes? Date of Visit: Sunday, November 24, 2025 Location: 290 Lee Byrd Rd, Loganville, GA Order: 12-Piece Chicken Meal I am beyond disappointed and frankly, revolted, by my experience at the Loganville Popeyes location. I placed an order for a 12-piece meal and what I received was a complete disregard for basic food safety and hygiene. I watched the staff handling food in the back, and not a single person was wearing hairnets or gloves. In a restaurant serving fried food, this is a major red flag, and my worst fears were confirmed. Nothing—and I mean nothing—is more turning than biting into a piece of chicken and feeling a long, foreign object in your mouth. I immediately realized it was a hair embedded right in the crust of my chicken. I was instantly turned off and felt like throwing up. It ruined my entire meal and my appetite for the rest of the day. This level of negligence is appalling. Where was the manager during this shift? Why are your employees not being trained on or held accountable for the most fundamental hygiene standards? This isn't just a mistake; it's a serious food safety issue that could make people sick. I remember when this location first opened; the food was hot, the service was clean, and the quality was excellent. It seems the standards have plummeted entirely. I came here for a classic chicken meal, and instead, I was delivered a disgusting surprise. Until there is a serious overhaul in hygiene practices and management oversight, I will not be returning. Do better, Popeyes.

First, let me preface. I am neither bigoted nor a racist. With that being said, I have never experienced anything like this as far as I can remember. I ordered online and set a pickup time. I arrived 10 minutes late and it still was not filled. Once I got inside every African American person was pleasantly and quickly helped. As a Caucasian, I went to the counter five separate times asking about my order while everyone elses order was being filled. My order was nothing special, a five piece meal, that's all. I was quickly listened to and forgotten about. 30 minutes later, I had to literally bring race into the issue just to get my order. And then it was slow to be fulfilled and tossed across the counter rather angrily. Everyone other than caucasians complain about racism but, what else would you call this. It's not slow service, not a lack of product (look at the photo) it's not bad service as every one else was helped promptly. It's not that I was lost in the shuffle as I am 6 feet tall and the only caucasian in the restaurant. Sad...
