I had a great experience with Plummer ATL. The plumber was very informative, professional, and clearly knew his work. He performed the same service that another plumber had attempted before, but this time the problem was actually fixed. The previous company couldn’t solve it, but Plummer ATL did. The price was also less than half of what the other company was charging me for the exact same job, which was a huge relief. They were efficient, arrived on time, and worked quickly without cutting corners. Another thing I really appreciated was how they cleaned up after finishing the job. It gave me real peace of mind knowing the issue was properly handled. I would definitely recommend Plummer ATL to others and will be using them again for other services they offer.

I can’t really rate the repair as of yet. I just hopes it holds better than their price gouging. I do feel that the cost of $900 is way over charge to have to tear into a wall and fix a cracked pipe. The time it took to repair was less than 1 hour and half but that’s not worse part of this experience for me, it was the lack of communication with dealing a home owner and tenant dynamic. Telling things to a tenant does not equal speaking to owner. The kicker is they don’t even repair the wall that they cut out…if they did then I can see why they charging $900. By the way I received photo from my tenant directly from his cell phone, not even courtesy of company to show me what all needed to be done. They made this a very stressful process being out of state and the level of communication was subpar. I truly feel like the company is only in it for the money. I had a leak in bathroom last year pooling into my dining room and the cost repair and patch wall was $650 total….smh I wouldn’t recommend at all and it’s sad.
