Piedmont Urgent Care

I've only ever visited the Loganville location. The Staff from start to finish have always been the most awesome people to deal with. Nobody likes having to go to a Doctor for anything, but the Loganville Staff have always made my visits a good experience. VERY PROFESSIONAL TEAM!

The care at the Piedmont urgent care was phenomenal. I made the appointment for 6 o’clock. We were walking in back 6:02. They tested my daughter for all the things and immediately the nurse practitioner came in. My daughter gave her her symptoms. They gave her some ibuprofen right away to bring the fever down. After that, we was given prescriptions and out the door by 652. I will definitely be back the NP Brittany. Mark was amazing in the whole entire staff.

For the first time going to an urgent care, Piedmont Urgent Care in Loganville presented a remarkable first impression. They immediately notice I was in discomfort and took action. Every employee I interacted with was so kind, attentive, and very professional. They made sure I left there office feeling better and in better spirits. I would recommend anyone local to seek urgent care at this location. Thank you all again for the best healthcare I've personally experienced!

I’ve been to three different Piedmont Urgent Care locations in the Atlanta area, and this one stands out as a true five-star experience for one reason — Janet Ricketts, NP. She was incredibly thorough during my exam and remarkably detailed with her counseling. I honestly wasn’t expecting such exceptional service from an urgent care visit (no disrespect), but Janet was amazing in every way. I wasn’t exactly happy about getting two shots and a bag full of medicine — but thanks to her thoughtful care and medical expertise, it was the first night of real sleep without pain I’ve had since my motor vehicle accident. Thank you so much, Janet, for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication. You went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the difference you made.

Front desk person Vanessa was very nice. Once back to the room Keysia and the NP Ashely was very knowledgeable and understanding.. after she gave the overview she said her goodbyes and told us the next steps for care. We were waiting for the supplies ordered and after some time past…. The NP Ms. Ashley came back thinking we had gone. When she saw that we were still there, she apologized and excused herself and said to the staff that we need the closing paperwork and du g so that we could leave. She was stern but not aggressive or rude to them. They started scrambling to get things done. Ms. Keysia was with another client but she soon stepped in. She made sure we had what we needed. The NP checked on us yet again to be sure and we left. What could’ve turned out bad was saved.
