Most of the staff here are friendly and professional, but the manager completely ruined the experience. She is extremely rude, quick to judge, and doesn’t seem interested in actually listening to what you’re saying. Instead of trying to understand the situation, she jumped to conclusions and made unfair assumptions. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it makes dealing with her unnecessarily unpleasant. I don't know if I want to come back here again because of her. A manager should help create a supportive and understanding environment, but that is not the case here.

They are horrible when it comes to scheduling. I had an appointment last week at 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:15 and was called back at 10:48. Just for them to tell me then need to reschedule because my doctor wasn't coming in until the afternoon. No call before hand, no my chart message and no one at the from said anything to me while I wasted time waiting. I walked out of there at 11 a.m. Mind you I had been working the night before 12 hours. I could've been in bed sleeping in that time. No apologies by the staff and no follow up on their part. But after I leave this review I will follow I will follow up with them. No issues with the doctor herself just the front office staff is horrible at communicating.

I don’t understand how this practice handles business. I am in my third trimester which I made known the first day I called after receiving a referral to this office from Piedmont primary care physician and after waiting weeks for Dr. Gamble Webb to receive my records, they are going to let me know they are not going to take me on as a patient because I am in my third trimester. I am not high risk or anything like that and the reason they turned me down was something they knew prior to having me wait weeks (that I was already in my third trimester) and prior to seeing my records. So why have me sit around and wait?????? Just to turn me down now I have to start all over again and seek care elsewhere at 33 weeks pregnant??????? Are you kidding me????? This is the worst experience ever and I would not recommend this office to anyone. Very unprofessional and there is no empathy!!!! The only reason I had to switch providers was because I moved! This office just wasted so many weeks of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I only have 7 weeks left until full term and I’ve been waiting about a month, that’s 4 weeks wasted I could’ve been seeking care elsewhere! Now it’s going to be even harder to find care!!!!! I am so upset!!! This is the most nonsensical thing a doctors office has ever done to me! Like are you serious????? Get your office together ms Gamble Webb!! Because this is entirely unacceptable, lazy and definitely is an internal failure on your part!

Rant: I went in today for a recheck, I was just diagnosed with PCOS and this was my first follow up after receiving the unfortunate news. Upon checking in the receptionist told me they needed to see proof of insurance, weird considering they have it on file. I signed onto my insurance portal and showed her it was active. Well per the manager that was hiding behind the window next to her, that wasn’t sufficient and they needed to see my PAYMENT for the month. I pulled up my payments and handed it to them. Mind you my next payment wasn’t due until May 31st. I was then told I had to go ahead and make the payment, show them proof OR pay the out of pocket doctors fee. If my insurance is current, why was I forced to show an actual payment made early to my insurance provider? I’m sorry do you work for the insurance company or are you my doctor? Next issue, after receiving news like this of course I’m worried/upset and looking for guidance on the next steps. Dr Chen was not forthcoming with any off that. I was told that due to my weight I can’t get pregnant. Anyone that has researched or has PCOS knows that’s not the only thing, between the potential blockages from cysts, progesterone issues, etc. It’s more than just a number on the scale that can be addressed. I highly don’t recommend this office, and looking for recommendations for a OB that actually cares about their patients.

The wait is just too much. I had an appointment scheduled for months at 945am with Doctor Chen. I arrived at 925am. At 10:10am I asked the front desk if something was wrong because multiple people arrived after me and they were going in, in less than 10 minutes. The front lady that looked like she just woke up told me they will be calling me soon. At 1035 I told the same lady that I needed to leave, thinking she will rush things up, but no, she told me “ok”. No apologies or any concerns on her part, she just said maybe the doctor is still at the hospital. I told her I will call later to reschedule. If you want these kind of treatment book in this facility. If not look somewhere else. Unacceptable.
