STAY AWAY, in fairness I never met the Dr., however his staff is AWFUL. I showed up early for my appointment to meet the NP, and was blessed with over an hour wait. No apology, no explanation, she just kept moving forward as though I had no reason to be concerned or upset. When it came time to schedule meeting the Dr. I told them that the only day I was available was Thursday. That too was ignored, and I was told that was not an option. Even if Albert Schweitzer worked here I would stay away, the staff does not care, so therefore neither can Dr. Shaw, since if he allows his patients to be treated this way he must condone it. This place will be glad to take your money, how they take care of YOU is another question.

I love this place the doctor is very nice along with the Staff and everything but today when I came in I saw Ants crawling around the counter where you check in at which is just a concern of mine

I have had 2 endoscopies done here and the Drs and staff are TOP NOTCH! I can't say enough good things about this Dr, the treatment is FAR above and beyond ANYTHING I expected and I felt like I was treated like a King! I recommended this place to my father, mother, wife and ALL my family and friends. I don't understand the low ratings, I have been here 4 times over the past 3 years and haven't had a single issue other than EXCELLENT treatment and top notch treatment. Thanks for helping me eat again Dr Shaw, you're the best!

Very good staff. Professional and respectful. First time visit at this practice and I'll use them for my future needs. The doctor took time before and after the procedure to talk to me and answer questions.

I was sent a $260.00 bill for maybe all of 5 min. Dr Shaw and his team are fantastic!!! The people in the front office considered this a routine exam. There was no exam! I have been dealing with this mess for months. I’m tired of it. The staff in the front office are not good. I have left messages over the past several months but I never get a call back. They need to change their phone message because there is only one number to call and not some other main number they talk about. Furthermore, dealing with the Piedmont billing department is a joke!!! End of rant.
