Dr Tim has been our sons pediatrician since he was 3 months. We left my sons last pediatrician as I felt they didn't care and the office was horrible. The staff at this office is always pleasant and welcoming. Dr Tim does a thorough exam of our son each and every time. He takes his time to answer our questions and is always careful when doing his exams. We lost our insurance 7 months ago, so my husband and I have been paying out of pocket to be able to keep our son there. We appreciate this office and Dr Tim.

This office really deserves zero stars. My family adored this office back when it was Loganville Pediatrics. But since it was taken over by Pediatrics Partners of Gwinnett, we no longer adore it. In fact, we will be looking for a new office asap. You can never get through when you call them. The atmosphere is no longer inviting and warm. I had previously called them to email me some documents to fill out prior to an appointment for my youngest (9yo), they never emailed it. I was able to find it online. Today was the last straw for us though, my son had an appt at noon - at 12:20pm - I asked how much longer do we have to wait. I was told we are next on the list. But that was a lie as someone came in after us and was called back prior to us. By 12:40pm, we still had not been called back, so we went to the front desk to indicate we were done waiting, this was beyond ridiculous and that we had enough and would be taking our boys somewhere else. They came out to our cars to try to appeal to us and give them a chance, but why now? We have already given multiple chances and it is too late now. My husband and I both lost time at work and our son lost time at school basically for nothing. Not only to have to wait 40+ mins, but at no time did some one approach us to indicate they were sorry, this or that was going on, etc. We will not be back and we will never recommend.

I really tried to give Gwinnett Pediatrics a chance because we loved them when they were Loganville Pediatrics. Unfortunately, this experience was beyond frustrating. We waited in the room for 1 hour and 15 minutes, while it felt like social hour was going on out in the hallway. Then, after all that waiting, we were moved to another room in a completely different hallway. It honestly felt like we had been forgotten. Sitting that long with a child is not reasonable, and it makes me question how well they truly understand or prioritize working with children and their attention spans. Another issue is the lack of consistency in care. We never see the same doctor and are always seeing someone different, which makes it difficult to build trust or continuity in our child’s care. After the appointment, I drove an hour to our pharmacy, only to find that only one prescription had been called in. I had to call the office, and even then, I waited another hour and a half before the remaining prescription was sent. That level of disorganization is unacceptable. While the nurses and doctors were kind, the excessive waiting, lack of coordination, and inconsistency in providers completely overshadowed any positives. We will not be returning to this practice.

Truly horrible place. Lets start with it looking filthy. Chairs are all broken and stained. They billed us wrongfully which they admited yet they still did not fix their mistake even though our insurance is active! Horrible rude people! They never pick up the phone, but when you go there you always see 3-4 nurses chatting around the phones that are ringing. And how is a clinic that works with babies dont have trash for diapers??? They made me put it in my bag and take it home! Avoid!!!!

I’ve seen a few providers at this office and for the most part is pretty good but why would you have an after hrs clinic with a provider who doesn’t accept the insurances and not notify via website so kids are not being brought there and being turned away for emergencies because the only provider in the clinic doesn’t take all insurance . Then offer parent to drive over 20miles to other locations. The office has a website , use that to save parents from driving sick children all over the place when you have open after hrs clinic.
