Northside Loganville Primary Care

I could not be more disappointed. I am posting this as a warning to others regarding the billing practices at Northside Loganville Primary Care. I scheduled and confirmed an annual preventive wellness visit, which my insurance covers at 100%. I had no medical concerns and requested only routine wellness labs. Despite this, the visit was billed as a problem-oriented office visit, resulting in unexpected charges. I completed a full claim review with my insurance company and made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the office. I was informed that new patients are automatically billed as an “establish care” visit rather than a preventive visit — a policy that was never disclosed beforehand. The visit was not recoded, and no resolution was offered. Patients deserve transparency and ethical billing practices. I strongly encourage anyone scheduling an appointment here to obtain written confirmation of how their visit will be coded before being seen.

I have been a patient of Dr. Munsey, and while I respect him as a physician, my recent experience with the office staff was extremely disappointing. I called at 9:00 AM to request a prescription refill and had not heard anything back, so I called again five hours later to check on it. The response I received from the nurse/triage staff or office manager was shockingly rude. I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply by following up. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and discouraging. It left me feeling frustrated and honestly made me reconsider returning to this practice. Compassion and courtesy from staff are just as important as medical care, and unfortunately that was lacking during this interaction.

Dr Kue and Kathy are a great team. They are both very professional and make office visits a breeze. Dr Kue always asks questions and is genuinely concerned if you have any issues or questions.

Dr. Kue is amazing. I fully believe she saved me when the VA failed me. She trusted me when I said things didn't feel right although it was my first time seeing her and my age didn't match the issue. Thank you. I do have a complaint, but I trust someone will reach out.

I’m a new patient for Dr. Kue. I have to have referrals done to see my specialist in order for my insurance to cover it. My insurance is so frustrating but Shawnee helped me through the process and also told me about other ways to handle it. I have talked to her twice about separate things and every time she is so nice and helpful. She is very professional and polite. She really knows the medical field and can answer any questions you might have. Thank you Shawnee for always being so kind.
