Cute spot but their ice cream taste weird…specifically the Oreo and pecan one..

Everything looked so good, but unfortunately the service was not. Me and my father walked in earlier today, excited to get some ice cream from a place we’ve heard good about, but never even got to order because the employees ignored us. Right after we walked in and up to the counter, the employees turned off the music and didn’t even greet us -not a very welcoming sign. We stood at the counter for like 10 minutes, waiting to be served, but that service never came. Multiple other customers who spoke Spanish came in after us and were immediately served, but we were not. I asked about the Cheesecake ice cream because a friend of mine said it was really good, but the employee looked at me, and said nothing at all. This was me and my father’s final straw and we took it as our sign that we were not welcome. I don’t know if it’s because we only spoke English (even though there was English on the menu), but i’m pretty sad we didn’t get to try La Michoacana. Hopefully one day i’ll get to try the food here and actually get served, but for now me and my father are left with a bad taste in our mouths.

Went in with low expectations but walked out with a stomach full of goodies. The tortas were huge and the ingredients actually tasted fresh so I ate the whole thing in one sitting and of course I saved some space for the cheesecake ice cream I’ve been hearing so much about. As cheesecake connoisseur(according to myself) it is better here than anywhere else and I highly recommend, will be back soon don’t care if it’s cold out.

We came in today with my boyfriend and we waited like 20 minutes to be served. The girl who was making the snacks had an attitude and was not friendly at all. We asked if they have a menu because the screen was not working and she rudely said that they didn’t. I ordered a tostiloco which was almost $15 and was basically a bag of Doritos with a couple drops of chalky and almost no toppings. This store leaves much to be desired.
