Missy Braids

Ehhh….I walked in for Medium Mid-Back Knotless Braids at 11:40AM. Customer Service was good, I picked out my color and eventually started by 12:40 PM. Everything was good until my front braid fell into my face and I could see all of my real hair sticking out. I asked if they could use product while going down the hair shaft and she corrected the 1st young lady’s work and said they would. After waiting for someone to redo the braid in the front, I started undoing the braid myself. Which led to the 2nd lady redoing “4” previously braided plaits by the 1st lady. I was unsatisfied and got out the chair with my hair 45% done. Paid $105 for fresh puffy braids and will finish and redo at home. The original price was $205. Not to mention the various box sizes, and middle part not being in the center. Just check along the way, I’m sure they do good work but technique/quality goes a long way.

First time getting my hair braided by Missy. I absolutely love it, what mostly impressed me was the short time it took to braid my hair, the cleansenss in her store and bathroom. Got my braids done here recently and I was amazed how customer service centered this location and my braider was. She did an amazing job and when I had a slight issue with the ends she corrected it without hesitation or attitude. This will forever be me and my daughter’s braider moving forward. I love that she stands behind her work and respects people’s hard earned money! Go see her, you won’t regret it.

Missy provides exceptional customer service. I contacted her via the phone number on her website and she was prompt to respond. My appointment was last minute for a boho style braids at butt length that of which Missy kind enough to take at such short notice. She enforced me of the type and name brand of hair I would need for the additional curly pieces in the style. When I arrived she prepared all of the braiding hair. We started the style around 7 and completed before 1am. Missy did not take any breaks. Her salon is welcoming, beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. There was a tv for entertainment to help the time go by. My style: I have never done braids in this style or at this length and it came out even better than I anticipated. Very neat and Well worth the money spent overall. I am highly satisfied with the service provided and glad that I stumbled across Missy Braids on Instagram. Thank you again!
