Dr. Munsey office is a very bad representation of a primary care physician. My mother in law needs a sick visit and we were told they do not have any openings for over a week. They said the only alternative is the hospital. Northside being involved in a ACO I’m shocked the do not want to avoid a hospitalization and make more work in appointments for their patients. Unless you like long waits, mediocre primary care, and a horrible patient experience I would advise elsewhere. We are taking our care to another PCP who cares about keeping patients out of the hospital and safe and healthy. Northside and Dr. Munsey and staff- you have failed to deliver efficient and safe healthcare for my family. I wish there was a 0 star.

Dr. Munsey has been my primary care for quite a few years now and he is the best doctor I have ever had. When I tell him something he LISTENS which to me is golden. His nurse Robin is a sweet lady too. They make a great team!

Recently switched over to Dr. Munsey as my primary doctor. Couldn't be happier. The staff is terrific. Dr. Munsey takes as much time as needed to discuss questions and/or concerns you have.

New to the area. Tried to make an appointment for January in December for my mother and I only to be told they can’t do that in December. Put on hold for 10 minutes, where I finally hung up and looking for another doctor to use.

Great front office staff. Same or next day appt. Friendly back office staff. Competent, caring physician.
