You get great care at MedFast Clinic. Dr. E. Mickrut listens, explains things in plain language, and treats you with respect. You feel heard, and you leave with a plan. The staff works efficiently; the office seems to run on time, and the whole visit feels really smooth from start to finish. I recommend Dr. Mickrut's caring, professional service to anyone.

Dr. Elizabeth Mikrut was hands down the worse doctor experience we have ever had in our life. She treated my wife like she didn’t matter and was a waste of her time. All we were doing was looking for a new general doctor since we are new to the area. Her bedside manner is the worst I’ve ever seen. We have lived in different states, cities, and countries… And she was treating my wife so disrespectfully and poorly that I almost just walked out. I’ve attached some photos showing the lack of care in the facilities and building. Staff ladies were nice but unfortunately the management is very lacking. We will not be going back and recommend others avoid this place and look elsewhere. Side note: We had an appointment but waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before we were seen

I honestly use to like this physician and practice. I took my son last week and now will never return. I wouldn’t take my dog there. I called to ensure the dr would/could see my son for the issue at hand as we were self pay and I did not want to waste my money. I was assured the doctor was willing to see my son and had zero issues with it. Unfortunately, I wasted my money and had to have him see another physician. From the second we walked everyone there seemed like they hated their life and were mad at the world. The lady at the front desk was beyond short and made us feel like a complete inconvenience. We then go back and the girl who took us to the back was the only nice person we saw while there. The doctor came in the room and was very short with her responses and was just very rude. Every time my son spoke to her, he was met with attitude from the doctor. He even told me if that’s the way all doctors act no wonder some people would rather die than go to the doctor. He’s 17 and now thanks to this doctor being so rude, wasting our time and having us pay $105 to be treated poorly he has a bad view of doctors. So sad! I needed my son’s diagnosis written on a piece of paper and signed by the doctor. She refused to do it at that time stating she was too busy and doesn’t fill out papers, she sees patients. I told her I would go back and get it, but didn’t need to as we saw a physician who actually is nice to patients and their parents. This doctor should not be in practice anymore. Clearly it’s too much on her as she is incapable of being respectful and nice to her patients. I should have turned around and walked out after the way the front desk was acting. That’s always a clear indication of what the doctor is going to be like. It’s truly sad that this practice has become so bad. I went here because of the low cost, but definitely didn’t even get service that warranted $105! I can go anywhere and get treated poorly for free!

Dr. Mckrut is a very rude and cold person. Her office was quick to give me an appointment, however, after a long wait, Doc came into the room for a few minutes, never looking into my face and told me that she doesn't treat chronic pain patients. This woman should retire. DON'T GO THERE.

These ppl are rude… and they make you wait an hour before being seen. The place is clean but poorly kept at the same time. Honestly pick somewhere else if you can. The lady told me that the wait is usually longer! Y’all there were only two of us in there!!!! After asking how much longer the Dr was upset because I was only their for a check up… she rushed me out and handed my a generic prescription without telling me what may be wrong and what I needed the prescription for….
