My daughter and I have been here once before and they did an amazing job on both of our hair. We went back because of how great they were. I dont know what happened but this time was not so great for either of us. I usually get a trim and perm. My daughter just gets a trim. My daughter left with choppy hair. After several attempts to get her to fix it, it was still longer on 1 side than the other!!! My hair was more wavy/curly coming in then it was after I left. And the old perm remains were a year and a half old!!! It took them SEVERAL hours and several applications and I still left with my hair more straight then I came in with. They ended up chemically burning some of my hair off in doing this, so now I have chunks of hair that are an inch to two inches long throughout my head. My fine hair is also now very THIN hair!!! She set an appointment for me to come back in a WEEK to let them redo it!!! My daughter nor I will ever be back!!!!!

The hair salon closes at 6:00pm, so I got there at around 4:45 or so just to ask about coloring my hair the stylist helped me pick out the color, since it was so late I was going to come back the next day early. The stylist said “ I can take you now, I was so excited. When I tell the warm treatment I received, I’m definitely coming back. Mind you it was after closing when I left there, I felt like a million bucks. I will recommend this salon and stylist to everyone.By the way, I loved how my hair turned out.

This is my 2nd time coming here. I brought my 10 year old daughter for her first straightening and it was great. She is typically so tender headed that doing her hair is a screaming, traumatic experience. She teared up a little bit initially, but once she informed the stylist that it hurt, I think she must have been extra careful because I didn't see any more tears. She got shampoo, conditioning, a straightening and a trim. It was a great process overall. Also... I was a walk in, got there at 9. Apparently she usually starts at 10 so she wasn't there. The guys called her and she got there around 9:30 ish. Great service overall. Will definitely be back.

I made an appt here to get my daughters hair done. I called early in the morning to make the appt. She told me she didn’t have any appts. So I made an appt at 3:30. I arrived at 3:27. There were 2 people waiting to get their hair done whom they were walk ins. Because I had a appt I was under the impression that she would do our hair. She didn’t. We waited in the salon for a whole hour and nothing was done. Do not make an appt here. Just walk in.

First time visit left a great, pleasant impression. Professional, friendly, clean, attentive. Marquiel colored my hair, did highlights and a protein treatment. My hair looks beautiful! Shiny and healthy. Loved the calming atmosphere, I felt relaxed and enjoyed the process. A great addition to the community of Loganville for locals and worth the trip for everyone else.
