The customer service could have been better. There was a good variety of items to choose from. Plus dollar tree is next door so that’s a plus for me!

They NEVER have the hair I need or color, very dense variety of products. I’m always forced to drive all the way down by Kroger for what I need. Very irritating when this beauty supply is literally 5 mins from my house.

Great experience. Has great body oil fragrances too. Lots of variety at a good deal!

They are very dishonest. I bought a $145 supposedly Brazilian unprocessed human hair multipack from them because I was running out of time to get my hair done for an event. Worst decision ever! The bundle I tested in the store was good. But the stylist and I later found out the other ones were a poor quality synthetic blend. The hair is tangling, looks and feels so synthetic! I am so disappointed. It’s a shame.

Clean, organized, stocked well, and no one following you around the store 😏 Great location and never crowded.
